How to select a best fit blow molding machine for producing the 5 liter HDPE bottle?

1. Bottle specifications with all information such as raw materials, dimensions, weight, neck size, neck design shall be provided to blow molding machine manufacturer.
2. CAD and 3D modeling drawings of bottle shall be provided to blow molding machine manufacturer.

*If buyer couldn't provide above information for the bottle, buyer could deliver bottle samples to machine seller. We have engineers to do the measurement of bottle and make drawings and modeling of the bottle. Our engineers also could revise the bottle design to avoid IP troubles as per buyer's request.

4. As for bottles made by extrusion blow molding technique, the trimming or de-flashing of bottles is inevitable. Generally, all regular bottles could be trimmed or de-flashed automatically simply by the secondary mold equipped with pneumatic cylinder.
